André de Camargo

André de Camargo is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in software engineering and architecture. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Vendr since May 2022, André previously held the position of VP of Software Engineering at DevFactory, where responsibilities included designing product changes using serverless architecture on AWS while ensuring high availability and low latency. André's extensive experience includes roles as Senior Software Architect, Product Chief Architect at Optiva Inc., and Software Architect at Aurea Software, among others. With a solid foundation in various AWS services and technologies, André has effectively transitioned systems to cloud environments and has a deep understanding of modern software development methodologies such as SCRUM and TDD. André holds a Master's degree in Computer Science with a focus on Parallel and Distributed Computing and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, both from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina.
