Jay Lemoncelli

Jay Lemoncelli is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in compliance and contract development. Currently serving as Associate Counsel and Legal & Compliance Consultant at Venerable since June 2018, Jay previously held a similar role at Voya Financial and served as a Consultant at MetLife, where responsibilities included analyzing and rewriting insurance contracts, ensuring compliance with international and domestic regulations, and negotiating with state insurance departments. Jay's early experience includes a judicial internship at the U.S. Court of Appeals, where legal research and drafting bench memoranda were key responsibilities. Jay holds a Juris Doctor degree from Widener University School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Temple University.
