Lee Barnard

Lee Barnard began their work experience as an Associate at Debevoise & Plimpton in 2010 and then moved on to Kirkland & Ellis LLP as an Associate in 2012. In 2014, they joined FS Investments, where they held roles including Counsel, Senior Counsel, Vice President, Legal, and Executive Director and Assistant General Counsel. In 2020, they joined Venerable as Vice President and Senior Counsel, and later became Vice President and Deputy General Counsel.

Lee Barnard received a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, where they studied from 2007 to 2010. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Chemistry at Emory University from 2003 to 2007.
