Lynn Johnson is currently the Vice President of the Customer Experience Center at Venerable since June 2018. Prior to this role, Lynn worked at Voya Financial from April 2004 to June 2018, where Lynn held various roles including Assistant Vice President and Director of the Contact Center. Lynn obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of South Dakota in 1991.
