Tim Billow

Tim is Chief Information Officer of Venerable and provides overall leadership, management and strategy as it relates to technology investments, application development and support, infrastructure and IT operations.

Tim has over 30 years of diverse IT experience in Fortune 100 companies like Voya Financial, ING, JP Morgan and DuPont. Prior to joining Venerable, Tim was SVP and Head of Information Technology for the Voya Annuities, Individual Life, and Employee Benefits businesses. Prior to this Voya role, Tim led Voya’s Enterprise and Corporate Application teams for several years.

Tim has a B.S. in Computer Science with a concentration in Business from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
