Vision:  More Than Home
We believe our vision is both our purpose and also a picture of our preferred future. At the most fundamental level, it’s why we exist and the reason for why we do everything that we do. At the same time, vision is always the essence of who we want to become as a company both individually as each team member, and also collectively as a business. The way we hope to achieve our vision is through proving to ourselves, and to our residents, that who you rent from is more important than where you live. We believe in treating our residents exactly as we want to be treated in every possible interaction. We also believe that when we provide our residents with a really good home, while offering utmost respect and excellence to them everyday, our rental experience becomes More Than Home.

Core Values
A great company vision cannot be achieved unless we have specific things we hold as near and dear along the way. Without clearly defined values, nothing is important and potentially almost anything could be permitted. We believe that company values should not only be stated outright in what we say is important, but they should also have clear behaviors that prove that we truly do value what we say we value. Here are our company core values:

Humility – Humility means we think of others more than we think of ourselves!  Our humility comes through in the way in which we treat our residents and each other.
Integrity – Integrity means that our work quality and what we say can always be completely trusted! 
Reliability – Reliability means we will be there when our residents need us! We want every resident to know that they can rely on us for every housing need.
Quality – Quality means our homes look great as we also offer an excellent work ethic! 

We believe that when we all work hard to bring them together, they become our company culture, which is the living combination of what we believe, hope for, say, and do. When done properly, it MAKES WORK FUN!
