We are manufacturing affordable sanitary pads which are 30% cheaper than conventional pads. This is helping combat “period poverty”, especially in Africa. Thus, contributing to SDG 3, Good health and well being. By developing a cheaper and very Eco-friendly sanitary pad product that will replace conventional pads, our business is taking into consideration one of the major issues facing women and girls in this region. Which is “period poverty”. Our pad has made it possible for thousands of women in our region to be able to afford pads. And in using them, they will be adding very little if any plastic to our environment, pointing to the environmental impact of our product.
