Venn is building a national champion in engineering services for the built environment through the acquisition of high-quality businesses in this sector.

Venn’s vision is to transform the market for built environment engineering services. This is a fast-growing sector driven by significant external factors, from climate change and energy efficiency through to technology and regulation. The sector is fragmented across small-medium sized providers and by bringing together the best players in the marketplace and maximising their growth through intelligent collaboration, Venn aims to create the leading industry player.

Venn was founded by Johannes Huttunen, an investment professional with 20+ years’ experience of buying and building businesses and the company is backed by a range of major, established investors.

Venn is looking for profitable businesses to become part of this exciting new challenger company. Venn is offering business owners straightforward and achievable deals that will allow them to exit their businesses for the right price with minimal cost and risk.
