Mark Winters

Mark Winters is a seasoned managing director, board and executive advisor, entrepreneur, and investor with over 25 years of experience in the healthcare, technology, and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as a managing partner at BriteOak, Mark also advises early-stage healthcare and technology organizations within the Baylor Angel Network. Mark’s extensive background includes significant roles at Healix, where they oversaw operations and secured multiple strategic private equity exits. An active mentor in the Texas Medical Center Innovations Institute and former chair of the life sciences committee for the Baylor Angel Network, Mark has guided and invested in over 100 diverse companies. In their leisure time, Mark enjoys writing and performing original light rock music under the stage name @markwintersband.
