Fertiliser granules already reach every paddock on earth. They carry the largest active-ingredient surface area in agriculture, and ride on broadcasting infrastructure growers already own.

The channel is barely used. Legacy coating physics caps dose at a typical 3-6 L/t and chokes throughput at bulk fertiliser plants.

At VensoGrow, we built BreezeCoat™ to unlock that channel.

BreezeCoat™ is a flash-drying coating platform that lifts the dose ceiling up to 20X. The physics of BreezeCoat™ flash drying solves a decades-old challenge in coating bulk fertiliser and establishes a new category: fully-loaded fertilisers. Flash-drying resolves the overloaded-auger constraint that limits conventional coating throughput, opening a path to higher throughput as we scale. Producers can stack multiple active ingredients (nutrients, bio-stimulants, trace elements, fungicides, insecticides, beneficial microbes) into efficient, multi-layer coatings on the granule, with no change to how growers operate.

Sensitive microbes benefit from BreezeCoat's low mechanical and thermal stress, extending shelf-life and substituting for synthetic inputs in the paddock.

On-farm impact: higher performance from every tonne applied, and the potential for one fewer tractor pass per season. Benefits compound:
- Higher nutrient use efficiency
- More even crop enhancement across the paddock
- Less agri-waste and less runoff into waterways

VensoGrow promises material annual abatement against the IEA fertiliser decarbonisation pathway : 2.7% of fertiliser's 1.23 Gt emissions baseline, roughly 3.8% of the IEA's 70% reduction target by 2050.

BreezeCoat is rare in activating all 4 IEA fertiliser pathway levers in a single technology stack:
- NUE uplift
- Embedded nitrification inhibitors
- Biological substitution of synthetic N2
- Mitigation of dust-off losses
The same machines coat seeds and animal feed.
Our goal: sustainable increases in farm and agri-business productivity, with less synthetic inputs.
