Chip Chiappetta

Chip Chiappetta currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Sales at Ventamatic since January 2025. Previously, Chip spent over thirteen years at Tractor Supply Company, where roles included Senior Merchant/Senior Director of Merchandising and Merchant, overseeing merchandising for tools, equipment, security, and outdoor sports. Between January 2010 and July 2011, Chip was the Brand & Product Marketing Manager at PrideSports, managing golf accessory brands. Prior experience includes positions as Channel Marketing Manager and Supply Chain Manager at Black and Decker from 2002 to 2010, and as a Business Analyst at ConAgra Foods from 2000 to 2002. Chip holds a Bachelor of Science in Zoology and Business from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, earned in 2000.
