Travis Lanier

Travis Lanier began their career in 1996 at AMD as a Product Development Engineer. In 2000, they moved to ARM, where they served as a Member of Technical Staff and Product Manager. During their time at ARM, they led the definition of new microprocessors and supporting technology, managed market positions, pricing, and messaging of ARM processors and technology, and developed supporting processor ecosystems. In 2011, they joined Qualcomm as a Senior Director of Product Management, with overall product management responsibility for hardware+software technologies including CPU, DSP/NPU, AI/ML, Compiler, Security, and Sensor Hub. Travis also managed a team of product managers responsible for Qualcomm's CPU and Compiler technologies. In 2020, they moved to Samsung Electronics, where they served as Senior Director of SoC Business Development and Senior Director of Data Center Business Development. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Ventana Micro Systems as Vice President of Marketing.

Travis Lanier has a Master's Degree in Computer Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, and a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Louisiana State University.
