Allison Rath currently serves as the Director of Portfolio Management at Ventas, Inc., a position held since October 2021. Prior experience includes serving as Portfolio Manager for the Growth & Income Fund at Greystar, where responsibilities encompassed managing a $5 billion+ multi-family real estate investment fund, optimizing investment performance, and engaging in fundraising efforts. Prior to Greystar, Allison worked at BlackRock from 2011 to June 2019, where the role of Vice President in Global Strategy & Planning was held. Earlier experience includes a position as an Asset Analyst at Beech Street Capital from 2011 to 2012. Allison holds a degree in Finance from Texas Christian University and a Master's degree from The George Washington University School of Business.
