Angelo Suozzi

Angelo Suozzi currently serves as the Assistant General Counsel for Litigation & Regulatory at Ventas, Inc. since September 2023. Prior to this role, Angelo Suozzi held the position of Senior Managing Associate in Complex Commercial Litigation at Sidley Austin LLP from January 2011 to September 2023, and previously worked as a Summer Associate at the same firm in 2009. Angelo Suozzi earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from Duke University School of Law between 2007 and 2010 and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accountancy and Philosophy from the University of Notre Dame, completed in 2007.
