Carri Hanson

Carri Hanson has extensive experience in strategy, analytics, and senior housing. Carri is currently the Vice President of Strategy and Analytics at Ventas, Inc., a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Senior Housing Analytics at Ventas, Inc. from November 2020 to January 2023. Before joining Ventas, Inc., Carri worked at Greystar as the Senior Director of Portfolio Management - Senior Living Analytics from December 2018 to November 2020, and as the Director of Asset Management - Senior Living from December 2017 to December 2018. Carri also had experience at HCP, where they were the Vice President of Investment and Asset Management Analytics from May 2017 to December 2017, and the Vice President of Analytics - Senior Housing from November 2015 to May 2017. Carri's earlier experience includes roles at Brookdale as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis from August 2014 to May 2015, and at Emeritus as the National Director of Community Financial Analysis from September 2013 to July 2014, the Director of Community Financial Analysis from June 2012 to September 2013, and a Senior Financial Analyst from August 2008 to June 2012. Carri began their career at Summerville Senior Living as an Operations Project Manager from August 2005 to March 2007, and at Maxim Integrated Products as a Financial Analyst from January 2003 to August 2005.

Carri Hanson attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 1998 to 2002, where they pursued a degree in Business with a focus on Finance and Spanish.
