Chris Cummings

Chris Cummings began their work experience in 2002 as the Senior Vice President of Asset Management at Ventas, Inc., a healthcare real estate investment trust (REIT). In this role, they managed the company's $15B+ seniors housing portfolio, which included over 800 independent and assisted living communities. Chris was responsible for overseeing the asset management team and generating approximately $1B in net operating income annually. In 2019, they joined the board of directors at Argentum.

Chris Cummings earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Louisville, which they attended from 1993 to 1998. Later, from 2000 to 2002, they pursued a Masters of Business Administration degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from the same university.
