Julia Eitel Chilson

Julia Eitel Chilson, CPA, currently serves as Manager of Construction and Development Accounting at Ventas, Inc., overseeing capital reporting for triple-net leased, research and innovation, and senior housing sectors since July 2017. Prior roles include Senior Accountant and Corporate Accountant at Ventas, where responsibilities encompassed managing job cost accounting, ensuring compliance with capital expenditure policies, and supporting joint venture functions. Julia's earlier experience includes working as a Staff Accountant at Henderman, Jessee & Company, PLLC, where duties involved preparing tax returns, auditing procedures, and financial statement compilation. Julia holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration of Accountancy from the University of Louisville. Additionally, Julia has a background in coaching tennis, having served as the Junior Varsity Tennis Coach at Louisville Collegiate School and as an Assistant Tennis Professional at Louisville Country Club.
