Peter Mori is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in the real estate sector. Currently serving as an SME Change Agent at Ventas, Inc. since October 2012, Peter provides subject matter expertise in Yardi and Argus applications while supporting operational efficiencies. As CFO of P&L Investments, LLC since October 2003, Peter leads a fully outsourced accounting and finance department, specializing in dynamic real estate environments. Prior roles include CFO at Urban Investment Trust, Inc., and Premier Capital Corporation, along with consulting positions at First Industrial Real Estate Investment Trust and CPX Realty Investment Services.
