Ryan Armstrong

Ryan Armstrong has over 20 years of work experience in property tax and real estate tax. Ryan started their career at Kindred Healthcare, Inc. in 1996 as a Manager of Property Tax where they worked for 16 years. In 2012, they joined Ventas, Inc. as a Manager, Real Estate Tax for two years. Ryan was then promoted to Director, Real Estate Tax in January 2015, where they currently hold the position.

Ryan Armstrong completed their high school education from Southern High School in 1988, earning a diploma with a focus on business. Ryan then pursued their bachelor's degree in Accountancy from the University of Louisville, graduating in 1992 with a BSBA degree. In addition, Ryan briefly attended Bellarmine University in 1988 to study Accountancy, though no degree was specified.
