Son Nguyen currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Capital Markets & Treasury at Ventas, Inc., where responsibilities include capital structure planning, capital raising, financial risk management, and treasury operations since January 2024. Previously, Nguyen held multiple senior leadership roles at Crown Castle, including Vice President of Finance & Strategy, Senior Vice President of Leasing Operations, Senior Vice President of Project Delivery, and Area President - West, contributing significantly to corporate development, operational performance, and EBITDA growth. Earlier career experience includes serving as an Associate at J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. and as International Tax staff at Deloitte. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from Rice University and a BBA and MPA from the Texas McCombs School of Business.
