Tim Sanders

Tim Sanders is a Senior Vice President of Business Development at Ventas, Inc., an S&P 500 company specializing in healthcare real estate investment. Prior to this, Tim held the position of President at Capital Lending and Mortgage Group, and Executive Vice President at Capital Funding Group, Inc. Tim also has experience as a Managing Director at Marathon Asset Management and GE Healthcare Financial Services. Tim started their career as a Senior Investment Analyst at Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation and later served as a Senior Vice President at Crestar Bank.
