Will Smith

Will Smith is an accomplished project manager with extensive experience in strategic account management and project execution. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Ventas, Inc. since September 2025, Will has previously held multiple leadership positions at Kwalu, including Vice President of SL Strategic Accounts and Director of Strategic Accounts and Development. Will's career also includes roles at Corporate Environments of Georgia, Bracken Paving Co, and Clayton Homes, demonstrating a strong track record in project management. Will holds two Bachelor's Degrees from Emory & Henry University, one in Communication and the other in Geography, both earned between 2003 and 2007.
