Tanner Thomas currently serves as the Molding Manager at Ventek Solutions since September 2025. Prior to this, Tanner held multiple roles at A.L.P. Tanner also worked as the Lead Process Engineer at Marelli from May 2014 to August 2015 and as a Production Engineer at North American Lighting, Inc. from August 2011 to May 2014. Tanner obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics Technology from Indiana State University, completing studies from 2004 to 2008.
