Brian Ray

Brian Ray has over 18 years of experience in various roles within the fields of business development and recruitment. Currently serving as a Manager at Venteon since February 2013, Brian has also held positions as Team Lead and Executive Recruiter within the same company. Prior to Venteon, Brian worked as an Account Manager at SchoolStream from May 2011 to November 2012 and as the Manager of Business Development at Applied Innovation Alliance from August 2005 to April 2011, focusing on developing and deploying marketing plans, schedules, and sales strategies. Additionally, Brian has provided consulting services in business process and technical problem solving across diverse industries, including Automotive, Defense, Food Processing, Homecare, and Electronics. Brian holds a degree from the University of Michigan, obtained between 2001 and 2005.
