Daniel Goldenberg

Daniel Goldenberg, MBA, is a seasoned real estate executive specializing in capital raising, investments, and investor relations. They have held significant roles at firms such as Oppenheimer & Co. Inc., Morgan Stanley, and Avison Young, where they focused on wealth management and commercial real estate strategy consulting. Currently, as Managing Director of Equity Investment at Venterra Realty, Daniel leads efforts to raise equity capital for multi-family real estate investments, combining a holistic approach with their extensive experience in value-add transactions. Daniel holds an MBA from the University of Southern California and completed a degree in Financial Economics and Accounting from the University of Redlands.
