Mark Hansen

Mark Hansen is an equity strategy leader with over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate investment and operations. Currently serving as the Managing Director of Equity Investments at Venterra Realty, Mark drives equity strategy and investor development, fostering transparent partnerships focused on long-term growth. Previously, they held key roles at American Ventures and Kansas City Property Group, where they directed significant investment portfolios and operational strategies. Mark began their career as a Transportation Management Coordinator in the United States Army Reserve, where they managed logistics and training in high-pressure environments. They are currently pursuing a degree at Boise State University.
