Alan Shepherd

Alan Shepherd is the Head of Infrastructure and Environmental Engineering at Venterra Group, where they focus on pollution management, project management, and land remediation. They have previously held roles such as Technical Manager at Sweco UK and Technical Director at Sweco, leading teams in environmental assessments and contaminated land projects. Alan's earlier experience includes positions as a Geoscience Team Leader at Spectrum Energy and a Logging Geologist. They hold an MSc in Land Reclamation & Restoration from Cranfield University and a BSc (Hons) in Geology from The University of Edinburgh.
