Jim Baker

Jim Baker is a seasoned electrical engineer with extensive experience in designing and implementing engineering solutions for various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Electrical Engineer at Ventev since December 2010, Jim has played a pivotal role in the creation of power enclosure systems for outdoor wireless deployments, overseeing engineering and production schedules for significant sales volumes. Prior to this, Jim was a Mathematics Teacher at Baltimore County Public Schools, where Jim developed lesson plans for advanced math and science courses, managing diverse classroom environments. Additionally, Jim worked as a Senior Test Design Engineer at Northrop Grumman Electronic Systems and a Senior Test Engineer at AlliedSignal Communications Division, focusing on test equipment design and production integration. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Drexel University and a Teacher Certification in Mathematics and Science from the College of Notre Dame of Maryland.
