Hans van de Schepop

Hans van de Schepop has extensive experience in engineering and production management, beginning with a role as a CAD drafter and constructor at Carrosseriefabriek Heering B.V. from October 1987 to November 1991. At NEMEF, from October 1997 to October 2006, Hans served as Head of the Drawing Office, leading projects in CAD/PDM implementation and process engineering while coordinating Lean initiatives. From October 2010 to October 2012, Hans worked at ASSA ABLOY Nederland as Head of the Business Office and Production Manager, overseeing production logistics and planning. Since May 2018, Hans has held the position of Manager Production at Ventilex, focusing on drying and thermal treatment solutions. Educational qualifications include a degree in Near and Middle Eastern Studies from ISBW Opleiding & Training and certifications in Green Belt Lean Six Sigma from UNC Plus Delta.
