Ruud's early career included leadership positions at Eternit and TT-Engineering, advancing technical development and operational management. Educational credentials include multiple engineering degrees from institutions such as Windesheim and HTS Zwolle, complemented by hands-on experience in technical advisory roles and customer relations.
