Vention is a private investment firm. Our purpose is to buy & build assets and ventures that thrill customers. We believe in turning big ideas into reality—driving for innovation & invention, every day.

We favor healthy living—a vital industry—transforming in sync with converging technologies such as blockchain & AI ("the stethoscope of the 21st century"). Attractive markets include:

- Digital media
- Healthy homes and built environments designed to rejuvenate
- Clean energy, water & sustainable agriculture
- Organic foods & beverages
- Regenerative medicine
- Pharmacy (HealthyRx™, HealthyCare™)

Artificial intelligence analyzes information, completes tasks & solves problems with incredible speed. Computer scientists are teaching machines to learn, which is empowering creativity & healthy innovation, in most industries, at scale.

We seek assets that can 1.) earn good returns on capital, 2.) grow large and 3.) endure through tough times. We believe success flows from being valuable to people and by helping them get more of what they want. We invest in "well-branded" ventures supported by assets such as cultural unity & technologies that create a unique barrier to competition. The most appealing ventures have the potential to reshape markets with great design & by serving unmet needs, such as understanding the microbiome, predictive diagnostics, clean water & sustainable agrochemicals.

Vention partners operate under a collective strategic umbrella to:

- Serve entrepreneurs with passion, purpose & persistence
- Be a hub of innovation & economic health for communities
- Invent solutions that help people look, feel & live better
- Conduct first-class business in a first-class way

Powerful trends make healthy & sustainable tech-enabled ventures compelling. Market forces should propel growth for decades to come.
