Eileen Jacome

Eileen Jacome has extensive experience in financial and customer service roles. Eileen began a career as an Agent for Customer Service at LATAM Airlines from March 2013 to April 2015, assisting passengers with check-in procedures and baggage issues. Following this, Eileen worked as a Bilingual Assistant to Management at MAQHENSA REPRESENTACIONES S.A. from April 2015 to January 2017, providing organizational support to the General Manager. Eileen joined ALDO Group as a Customer Service Representative in October 2019, then transitioned to Lightspeed Commerce, where Eileen served in various collections roles from June 2020 to December 2020, ultimately becoming a Global Collections Team Lead. Currently, Eileen works for Vention, first as a Collections Team Lead and now as an Accounts Receivable Technician. Eileen holds multiple degrees, including a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of New Orleans and a Master's in Human Resources Management from Escuela Superior Politécnica del Litoral, along with certifications in payroll compliance and financial management.
