Bart Ummels is an experienced professional in the offshore wind energy sector, currently serving as the Offshore Wind Expert and Owner at Scale Offshore Renewable Energy since January 2022. Bart also holds positions as a Lecturer in Offshore Wind Energy at TU Delft and as Engineering Manager for Offshore Wind at Pondera, along with an extensive tenure at Ventolines that includes roles such as Expert Engineer and Construction Manager for Windpark Fryslân.
