Hylke Havinga

Hylke Havinga is a professional with extensive experience in renewable energy and research, currently serving as an Advisor for Renewable Energy Projects at Ventolines since March 2023, focusing on wind, solar, and energy storage projects. Previously, Hylke worked as a Junior Content Manager, Junior Content Redacteur, and Junior auteur at WisMon onderwijsinstituut, and as a Scientific Researcher at Utrecht University, contributing to the publication of research on offshore wind. Additional positions include a Graduate Intern at SINTEF Digital, where research on floating wind was conducted, and a Graduate Intern at SeaQurrent®, developing a maintenance plan for the Tidalkite device. Prior to these roles, Hylke worked in various capacities, including a Gas Station Cashier at TOTAL and a Student Researcher at Van Hulley. Hylke holds a Master's degree in Innovation Sciences and an Engineer's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Utrecht University and Hanze, respectively.
