We’re harnessing the power of microbiome data to help babies build stronger immune systems and reduce their risk of allergies and chronic diseases. By starting within the first 1,000 days of life, we aim to lay healthier foundations—for individuals and for generations to come.

At Ventra, we analyze the intestinal microbiomes (gut flora) of infants to identify whether essential gut microbes are missing—microbes that play a critical role in programming the immune system during early development.

Research shows that babies who lack these microbes are at higher risk for developing allergies, autoimmune conditions, obesity, and even mental health disorders later in life. This is especially common in babies born via C-section, treated with antibiotics, or not breastfed.

When microbial imbalances are detected, we provide personalized synbiotics—a targeted combination of probiotics and prebiotics—tailored to the baby’s age and diet, helping to restore a healthy gut microbiome from the very beginning.
