Marek Štefkovič

Marek Štefkovič has a diverse work history in the software development field. Marek began their career as a PHP Developer at Poski.com s.r.o. from September 2009 to January 2012. Following this, they worked as a Freelance Software Engineer from 2009 until their current position, taking roles in various projects. In 2012, they co-founded Circles Media s.r.o. and worked as a Co-founder & Developer until April 2016. In 2013, they co-founded Yomio s.r.o. and served as a Co-founder & Developer until December 2015. From February 2015 to September 2015, they worked as an iOS Developer at Tripomatic s.r.o. and later moved on to TicketingHub, where they held the position of an iOS Developer from October 2015 to October 2016. Currently, they are working as the Head of Development at Ventrata since November 2016.

Marek Štefkovič attended Stredná priemyselná škola elektrotechnická Piešťany from 2005 to 2009, where they studied Informatics. In addition to their formal education, Marek obtained certifications in Leadership & Innovation from MIT Professional Education in January 2023, as well as in M101P: MongoDB for Developers from 10gen, Inc in May 2013. Marek also completed the Tieto Academy program for Java & Software development experience in May 2011.
