Jyoti Joshi

Jyoti Joshi is the Chief Operating Officer at Diligente Technologies, where they manage sales and recruiting teams and oversee new business development activities. With a strong foundation in IT business intelligence and sustainable staffing practices, Jyoti co-founded two women-minority owned companies aimed at promoting diversity in organizational structures. Previously, Jyoti served as a Director at Ventrum, where they managed IT projects and acted as the primary liaison among teams. They also worked as a Software Programmer/Analyst and Project Lead throughout their career, demonstrating technical expertise in software development and project management. Jyoti is currently pursuing education at Kumaun University.
