Eva L.

Eva L. began their career in 2019 as a Service Support Desk Intern at the NYC Department of Small Business Services. During their time there, they were the recipient of the 2020 Exceptional Service Award and provided technical support to 300 end-users via phone, email, and ServicePro ticketing system. Eva also troubleshot desktop, printer, software, and network connection issues related to proxy settings and internet option configuration. In 2021, Eva L. began working as a Systems Support Engineer at Ventucom LLC.

Eva L. attended CUNY New York City College of Technology from 2018 to 2021, graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology.
