They partner with committed organizations in their journey to embed equity, diversity, and inclusion in their business model by implementing the ISO 30415:2021 standard. 

Ventura’s co-founders Ana Maria Desmaison Cornejo and Linda Espinosa Valencia are active members of the Standards Council of Canada (SCC), a Canadian member of ISO - International Organization for Standardization. In this position, they promote, develop, improve and sustain the ISO 30415:2021 standard internationally.
