Venture Comet is redefining how founders and investors win - not just at exit, but throughout the journey.

We’re building a new kind of ecosystem where liquidity, visibility, and opportunity aren’t delayed - they’re designed in from day one. Our mission is simple: unlock equity value earlier and more intelligently to create better outcomes for both founders and investors.

For founders, Venture Comet provides a way to realise some of the value you’ve built without compromising your long-term plans. Through our Nominal Incentive-Based Liquidity (NIBL) model, founders can release equity value safely during the journey, maintain control of their business, and keep a clean, investor-friendly cap table. It’s a founder-first approach that recognises the years of work behind every growing company.

For investors, we offer access to carefully curated opportunities in high-growth companies, each with a clear path toward a defined exit horizon. Venture Comet is built around transparency and performance, with ongoing visibility into company data and structured liquidity opportunities during the hold period. This is not passive investing in the dark - it’s informed, intentional, and designed for outcomes.

What sets Venture Comet apart is the infrastructure behind it. We bring together real-time performance visibility, built-in liquidity windows, and a highly selective approach to opportunities, all within a platform designed to align founders and investors from day one.

We believe the venture ecosystem is overdue for change. Founders shouldn’t have to wait until the finish line to see success, and investors shouldn’t have to sacrifice clarity for access. Venture Comet exists to create a better way forward for both.

Whether you’re building or investing, Venture Comet helps you win - every step of the way.
