Venture Security was founded in Hampshire in 2006 and has grown from a small family venture into one of the UK’s highest-performing security providers. Our purpose has remained constant: to offer reliable, professional security delivered by people who care about doing the right thing for every customer, every day.

Over nearly two decades, we have become a trusted security partner for organisations and individuals across central southern England. Our team is known for its professionalism, its commitment to high performance and its ability to provide reassurance in situations ranging from the routine to the exceptional. This commitment has placed Venture within the top ten security providers in the UK, as assessed by the Security Industry Authority.

We support a diverse customer base that spans private individuals, SMEs, national brands, local authorities and major event operators. Our experience includes long-term protective services, complex corporate environments and specialist assignments, including work alongside Royal Protection teams and security operations at locations such as Stonehenge, Salisbury Racecourse, Newbury Racecourse and the Roman Baths.

Our services cover the full spectrum of physical security, including
• key holding and alarm response,
• mobile security patrols,
• security officers for a wide range of settings,
• corporate and public events security,
• CCTV monitoring through our dedicated monitoring centre,
• professional training and consultancy delivered through Venture Training and Consultancy.

Every member of our team is fully trained, licensed by the SIA, and vetted to exacting standards. They are supported by robust operational systems and a round-the-clock management structure, ensuring our customers receive a dependable and consistently high standard of service throughout the year.
