Venture Stage Lens helps pre-seed and seed science-based founders understand what may be preventing investors from taking them forward: what investors may question, what risks matter most, and what to fix next before more fundraising time is spent.

We provide independent investor-readiness diagnostics for startups preparing to raise, already fundraising, or getting investor interest without commitment.

Our work is built around two proprietary methods: SIR, Structured Investment Readiness, which assesses readiness, risk, evidence, narrative, and execution; and STIC, Scale to Investment Committee, which translates the findings into a clearer investor-facing case, de-risking plan, and investment-committee logic.

Founders receive a practical diagnostic: where the company stands today, what investors may question, what is missing or unclear, and what to fix next so the opportunity becomes easier for investors to understand, believe, and take forward internally.

We are not brokers, fundraisers, or deck designers.

We help founders turn investor ambiguity into a focused de-risking plan.

Focus areas include digital health, AI diagnostics, biotech, medtech, agtech, and foodtech.

Before you spend more time fundraising, know what may be blocking investor conviction.
