Caity Persing

Caity Persing is currently the Director of Sales Training at VenturEd Solutions, where they focus on inspiring and equipping sales teams for success. With a strong educational background, including a double major in Marketing and Management from Kutztown University, as well as a minor in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and a certificate in Advertising, they have built a notable career in sales enablement, training, and leadership. Previously, Caity held various roles such as Senior Sales Trainer at Community Brands and Sales Planning and Operations Manager at Paychex. They are passionate about creating impactful learning experiences and giving back to future graduates by mentoring students at their alma mater.
