Rashid Malik

Rashid Malik is a seasoned software architect with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple technology companies. Currently serving as a Senior Software Architect at VentureDive since August 2025, Rashid previously held the position of Technical Project Manager at Oak Street Technologies Pakistan, where responsibilities included significant contributions to hands-on development and project management tasks. As a Software Engineering Manager and Solution Architect at CodeNinja Inc., Rashid led modernization efforts for a 3D visualization platform and engaged in pre-sales activities. Prior roles include Software Engineering Team Lead at EmCentrix, where Rashid architected HRIS systems utilizing Azure services, as well as software engineering positions at Netsolace, Visionary Integrations, and Sorcim Technologies, accumulating a wealth of experience in application design, development, and client interaction. Rashid holds a BS in Computer Science from Arid Agriculture University, earned between 2006 and 2010.
