Bruce MacGregor

Bruce Macgregor is a senior management executive with more than two decades of public service experience. In his current role as Chief Administrative Officer for The Regional Municipality of York, Mr. Macgregor brings an innovative approach to the delivery of programs and services to more than 1.1 million residents across nine local municipalities. Mr. Macgregor has lent his talents to many charitable organizations and causes throughout his career including: United Way of York Region Campaign Cabinet, the Character Community Foundation of York Region Board and Civic Action. Mr. Macgregor holds an undergraduate degree in engineering from the University of Toronto and has completed post-graduate studies (business) at the University of Toronto and Queen’s University. His career includes both public and private sector experience.
