Mila V. is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operational leadership and strategic advisory roles across various high-growth companies and startups. Currently serving as Chief of Staff and Project Lead at Data Loft and as Entrepreneur in Residence Advisor at ventureLAB, Mila V. specializes in assisting hardtech founders in scaling their ventures globally. Additional roles include fractional COO and Chief of Staff at a stealth startup, where support is provided for companies from Seed to Series C, and advisor at Loyal VC, enhancing portfolio companies in fundraising and organizational design.
