Randy Rayess

Randy Rayess has a long and varied work experience. Randy began their career in 2009 as the Member Services Manager and Risk Manager at the Student Federal Credit Union at the University of Pennsylvania. In 2010, they worked as a Software Developer for the Statistics Online Computational Resource. In 2011, they worked as a Product, Engineering and Optimization Analyst for Ampush Media and also took on the role of Investor for Nooch and AirCare Labs. In 2012, they were a Private Equity Analyst for Silver Lake Partners and also took on the roles of Investor for ALICE - A Life Improving Customer Experience and VenturePact, which they co-founded. In 2013, they took on the role of Investor for SmartyPAL. Finally, in 2015, they co-founded Outgrow.co, a growth marketing platform.

Randy Rayess received their Master of Science in Engineering (M.S.E) from the University of Pennsylvania in Systems Engineering and their Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School in Finance and Statistics.
