Our Mission is to deliver high-impact advisory, technical assistance, and capacity building services that enhance sustainable economic growth and development. We design and implement evidence-based solutions guided by integrity, knowledge, and results.
We are a team of cognizant economists and development experts of former USAID staff. Throughout our careers, we helped advance international development and supported the government of Egypt, the private sector, the development partners and the most vulnerable populations, including women and youth.
Our mandate is to foster inclusive and sustainable development by supporting
public, private, and non-profit organizations through tailored capacity building, strategic partnerships, and technical assistance. We focus on regional development, governance, international trade, entrepreneurship, MSMEs development, labor market efficiency, workforce development and TVET, green economy transitions, AI integration, and risk management. We also aim at enhancing donor coordination and NGO compliance together with promoting economic policy and regulatory
reforms. Our services include professional certification programs, CSR support, and effective monitoring and evaluation systems, alongside organizing high-impact conferences and stakeholder engagement platforms.
Why Us?
Our team brings decades of hands-on experience working with governments, donors, and the private sector across Egypt and the region. We understand the institutional challenges, policy frameworks, and capacity gaps that can hinder progress — and we know how to solve them. Whether you're seeking to enhance economic competitiveness, strengthen governance, comply with donor requirements, or design high-impact programs, our consulting services offer the strategic insight and technical depth needed to turn vision into measurable results.
