Lars Buch

Lars Buch is a seasoned investment professional and entrepreneur with extensive experience in venture capital and business development across various sectors. Currently serving as a Venture Partner at Venturerock, Lars focuses on transforming venture liquidity through innovative methodologies. As a co-founder of Glassify and Wasp Ventures, Lars has been instrumental in democratizing real estate investments and providing senior investment advice, respectively. Lars held leadership roles in several organizations, including EVP at Core42, Chairman of the Board at EasySize, and board member positions at AiFlux and Cardiolyse, driving digital transformation and innovation in multiple industries. Previous experiences also include leading Startupbootcamp in MENA, Russia, and DACH regions, as well as a senior investment advisor role at Accelerace Management A/S, contributing to the success of numerous startups. Lars holds a degree from Imperial College Business School.
