Previously, Debbie has held positions such as Operations Manager at Thomas Auto Glass and various roles at Old Mutual Insure, including Talent and Performance Consultant, Remuneration and Benefits Consultant, and Assistant Manager Training Administration. Debbie has a Higher Certificate in Project Management from Damelin and has completed multiple courses in HR and management from Sage Group and WorldatWork. Debbie completed their high school education at Sir John Adamson High School.
